Visited Baltimore with coworkers and decided to stop by Nightshift. The food was so good, the garlic parm wings were such a hit, we had to order 2. Highly recommend!! The bartender was beautiful and the dancers were so friendly. Thank you for the hospitality! We will definitely be back!

Night Shift has become a warm refuge for me to seek fun chats and strong drinks almost every weekend night. The music, staff, and dancers of the club make the atmosphere extremely inviting. I have always felt safe, despite the local area's scenery. Parking is tight, but no-one lingers around outside often. The Security Guards must be working hard to keep it clear of loitering individuals because I always see 1-2 gentlemen standing present, eyes vigilant. Yummy, Becca, Shy, and Lola are excellent dancers and have made my visits super fun and made me feel spoiled rotten everytime I came back. Since growing up going to clubs in New Orleans, I haven't met a lot of people elsewhere that provide good conversation, but these ladies can speak better than most and don't hesitate to make the first approach. Lots of guys are timid, but the dancers of Night Shift go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and unjudged. I present as a queer person and identify as they/them, yet I have never felt discrimination of any kind. I also wanted to highlight Lily, one of the staff of Night Shift, who has provided me with excellent bartending and table service each night I've seen her working. Whether Lily's working the bar or waiting tables, she gets the job done with patience for her customer's needs. She also presents herself, very well. Lily helpfully saved me as well, by returning my dropped credit card after I had a small slip off the bar stools. The management should consider some form of railing behind the bar or something so customers don't trip on the themselves like me 😅. Regardless, I definitely appreciated that level of professional trustworthiness. The staff's work ethic and reliable personalities give me a lot of comfort in returning to the club without fear of embarassment.
